Our Food Bowl is a three-acre kitchen garden created to educate, inspire, and guide guests toward mindful eating and a more sustainable, healthier lifestyle. Its winding pathways highlight our best house-grown produce, some of which is used throughout our cafés and restaurants to promote sustainability. Equipped with two modern glasshouses, our largest area is accessible for guests to visit or can be reserved for private events.

Our menus are created seasonally to ensure we can use as much beautiful produce from our Food Bowl Kitchen Garden as possible. In the winter months, expect to enjoy house-grown beets, kale and collard greens, and as the seasons turn warm, enjoy vibrant tomato dishes celebrated with seasonal herbs.

Throughout the year, our expert Land and Environment and Wellness teams lead immersive workshops that share our food sustainability philosophy and guide guests in growing nutrient-dense produce through organic gardening principles. Our workshops are reserved for those visiting in a group, and are available to book directly through our Groups and Events team.

Two glasshouses are designed to host guest events and immersive dining experiences, enhancing any occasion and accommodating both small and large groups. Available in the cooler months, they are perfect for pre-wedding celebrations, birthdays, immersive sound experiences, or intimate candlelight concerts, offering a unique setting to celebrate any special occasion.
