With limited rooms available, bookings are essential. We recommend securing your stay in advance to avoid disappointment. You can book online or by contacting our Reservations team for tailored, expert guidance. Full payment is required at the time of your booking to confirm your stay.

check in & check out

Check in at 2pm and check out by 10am on the day of your departure. While we are unable to offer late check out, we invite guests to continue bathing throughout our site, with complimentary towel, robe, and locker hire provided.

moonlit bathing

Guests can enjoy our Moonlit bathing experience at the Spa Dreaming Centre from 10pm to 2am when securing a booking on Friday and Saturday nights. While Moonlit bathing is unavailable during the week, our Bath House is open from 5am until 11pm, and our Spa Dreaming Centre is open from 8am until 10pm.

changes to your booking

We have a 7 day cancellation and amendment policy for all on site accommodation experiences. If you need to reschedule your booking, please note that all accommodation is subject to availability at the time of request. Cancellations or changes made within 7 days will be charged the full amount of the booking.

pre-authorisation

Yes, we take a pre-authorisation at check-in starting from $250. This amount is held by your bank and is usually released within 3–7 business days after check-out. In some rare cases, particularly with American Express, it may take up to 30 days to return. A pre-authorisation is required per room for group stays. For multiple-night stays, the bond remains $250 per room, per night.
