booking your stay
With limited rooms available, bookings are essential. We recommend securing your stay in advance to avoid disappointment. You can book online or by contacting our Reservations team for tailored, expert guidance. Full payment is required at the time of your booking to confirm your stay.
check in & check out
The Dunes reception is open from 9am until 5pm daily to welcome you for a check in after 2pm. If you anticipate arriving outside these times, please contact the hotel in advance to arrange key collection. On the day of your departure, The Dunes kindly asks that you check out by 10am.
changes to your booking
The Dunes has a 72 hour cancellation and amendment policy. Cancellations or changes made within 72 hours of scheduled arrival will incur loss of the full package charge. Your bathing booking is subject to Peninsula Hot Springs terms and conditions. Rescheduled dates are subject to availability at the time of the request.
block out periods
The Dunes Stay & Bathe package is not available for booking through Peninsula Hot Springs during peak periods, including public holidays and Victorian school holiday dates. We recommend planning your visit outside of these times to enjoy the full benefits of this offering.
