We understand you may need to change your booking. We have a 24 hour cancellation and amendment policy for all bookings, excluding accommodation. Cancellations or changes within 24 hours will be charged in full.

We recommend booking ahead online to secure your preferred arrival time and get the best rate. Same-day bathing bookings incur a 10% premium, whether booked online, via phone, or at reception. Public holiday bookings also include a 10% surcharge.
