We are open every day of the year, including public holidays. To view our trading hours and contact details, visit our Contact Us page.
pre-book and save
We recommend you book ahead online to secure your preferred arrival time and receive the best rate. All bathing bookings made on the same day as your arrival will attract a small premium of 10% whether they are booked online, over the phone or at reception upon arrival. In addition, all public holiday bookings attract a 10% surcharge.
changes to your booking
We understand that you may need to change your booking. We have a 24 hour cancellation and amendment policy for all bookings excluding accommodation. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours will be charged the full amount of the booking.
what to bring
Pack swimwear, a reusable water bottle, and appropriate footwear for wet areas. If visiting the Bath House, robes, towels and thongs are available for hire or purchase. If you have a Spa Dreaming Centre experience, your linen hire is included with your booking.
hydration is essential
We recommend you bring a reusable drink bottle to remain hydrated during your visit. While we no longer sell plastic bottles, we have filtered water onsite for refills.
children & age limits
Whilst we welcome guests of all ages to our Bath House, children 15 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult at all times during your visit. Our Spa Dreaming Centre is reserved for guests aged 16 years and over at all times. Moonlit Bathing and accommodation are for guests 18 years and over.
food and drink options
There are multiple onsite dining options offering fresh, seasonal meals, drinks and snacks to enjoy before, during or after your visit. Explore our dining venues ahead of your arrival.
