Book your visit online by selecting the experience listed on your gift certificate, or select the experience of choice if you have been presented a freedom monetary gift certificate.

Proceed to the summary page where you will select your preferred date and time as well as the quantity of guests, search for availability and continue with your selection.

Sign in or create an account. When you arrive at the payment screen, enter your gift certificate number in the 'Certificate' drop down menu and confirm your booking.

gift certificate validity

Gift certificates from Peninsula Hot Springs are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

redeem for monetary value

You can use your gift certificate for its monetary value and put it towards any of our packages or experiences at Peninsula Hot Springs, or you are welcome to use the balance in our onsite retail areas or online spa shop.

non-transferable

Certificates are non-refundable once purchased and cannot be used to purchase a new gift certificate or swapped for cash. Certificates are not transferable between guests.

gift certificate extension

We are unable to extend the redemption period of gift certificates that have passed their expiry date. Visitation dates can be booked beyond a certificate's expiry period as long as the certificate has been redeemed by its expiry date.

paying the remaining balance

If your gift certificate doesn’t cover the full cost of your booking, you’ll be prompted to enter your credit or debit card details to pay the remaining balance. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation with all booking details.

package updates

Our experiences evolve over time, and package inclusions may change after 18 months. If your selected package is no longer available, your gift certificate will simply convert to its monetary value, ready to be used on any current offerings.
